Acoustic comfort for a hospitality-inspired workplace
The new TES headquarters at Zagame’s Place in Melbourne blends the flexibility of a modern tech workplace with a warm, hospitality-inspired interior. Designed by Lukas Partners and delivered by A2J Constructions, the fitout combines open work areas with collaborative project zones, meeting rooms and private breakout spaces.
Within the meeting rooms, Zintra Pattern Panels in Prose were specified to introduce acoustic absorption where greater speech privacy and acoustic comfort were required. The pattern’s distinctive triangular geometry subtly echoes the TES logo, creating a visual connection to the brand while adding texture and depth to the walls. At the same time, the panels help manage reflected sound and reduce distracting conversation within the surrounding workplace.
The result is an acoustic solution that complements the considered material palette while supporting more comfortable spaces for meeting, collaborating and focused conversation.
